YOGA

For many people, yoga marks the beginning of a transformational journey. In my yoga practice, I focus on helping clients reconnect with their bodies. In the hustle and bustle of daily life, with all its challenges, we often lose touch with our ability to sense what’s right or wrong for us. Over the years, I’ve developed a unique approach that creatively combines my knowledge of fascia with modern breathing techniques, meditation, and somatic work.
My sessions are designed to foster presence in the body, encouraging intuitive awareness of what is needed, free from mental concepts and judgments. ​
Our bodies hold immense wisdom; we just need to restore access to it.
For a unique movement experience, we explore the natural curves of the spine and the structure of connective tissue, our fascia.
Fascia-oriented work is highly therapeutic and positively affects spinal mobility, overall flexibility, and muscle tone. Moreover, this special bodywork enhances presence and awareness, serving as a good preparation for entering the transformative breath and trauma work. My sessions are suitable for all levels.​
