Movement, Breathwork & Cacao Ritual

In this special, we combine the power of manifestation with movement and a Breathwork session.
We begin with Embodied Yoga to arrive fully in the body. Afterwards, I will guide you through a meditation and a cacao ritual using ceremonial-grade cacao from Guatemala. We set an intention for the new year and let go of the old year in a powerful Breathwork session. You can look forward to a deeply transformative and liberating experience.
